The villa offers wireless internet. On the ground floor, there are tables for gathering — one by the cozy fireplace and another in the library. The library has a large screen with HDMI input for presentations, and Mac users can use AirPlay.

Upstairs:

2 bathrooms - Bed linens and towels are provided
- You’re welcome to heat food or enjoy a coffee in the kitchen
Before leaving:
- Remove bed linens and place them loosely on the bed
- Used towels go on the edge of the bathtub; unused ones on the chair next to the bed
- Don’t forget to take out the trash — bin is next to the carport
