Villa Spinalis

Welcome to Villa Spinalis, beautifully located in the old villa district of Råsunda. With the same strong commitment we have for people with spinal cord injuries, we take on this villa to preserve its cultural and historical value. We envision a house with high ceilings that welcomes everyone, where conversations can flow freely in a warm, family-like atmosphere.

Getting Here

Only 20 minutes from Stockholm Central Station, the villa is easily accessible. Visit  SL (Stockholm Public Transport) to plan your journey. The nearest metro stations are Solna Centrum and Näckrosen.

Technology

The villa offers wireless internet. On the ground floor, there are tables for gathering — one by the cozy fireplace and another in the library. The library has a large screen with HDMI input for presentations, and Mac users can use AirPlay.

Overnight Guests

If you’re invited to stay overnight, we hope you’ll feel at home. The villa is in a quiet area with good parking options.

Upstairs:

  • 5 beds in 4 bedrooms
    2 bathrooms
  • Bed linens and towels are provided
  • You’re welcome to heat food or enjoy a coffee in the kitchen

Before leaving:

  • Remove bed linens and place them loosely on the bed
  • Used towels go on the edge of the bathtub; unused ones on the chair next to the bed
  • Don’t forget to take out the trash — bin is next to the carport

Gamla Råsunda

The villa district emerged in the early 1900s and parts of it have cultural and historical significance. It was developed by Ivar and Torsten Kreuger.
